This book is a must read for anyone contemplating a move overseas or planning to retire to a foreign country—like Ecuador. Edd and Cynthia spare no details regarding their desperate search out of their economic “tsunami,” but turned things around by thinking outside of the box. Their hilarious adventures of selling their belongings and moving south of the border will have you laughing one minute and crying the next. This is a fast read, but packed full of useful information for those thinking of doing the same.

If you have ever wondered what in the world possessed someone to leave their home country and relocate to a foreign land, you will love this quick, breezy read from Edd and Cynthia Staton. Chronicling the first part of their life-changing journey, you'll giggle and shake your head when you read about how they rescued their retirement. I can't wait to read the next installment. ~ Lynne Klippel, best-selling author of Overcomes, Inc.
